@sweetnluvly07 She might be, If you look at her old videos she has a very flat tummy, It might be the shirt or the angle but it defenitely is a bigger bump than she normally has. Sarah is very fit and her body is used to this kind of workout, if she were pregnant, she would still be allowed or able to do this kind of workout, at least until she was further along

tried this last night on a free motion machine along with the swiss ball twisting exercise. It was an awesome workout. I can feel it in my core and I feel it in my rear delts. It seemed like I could still push heavy weights like using free weights. But it was still an all body/core workout that will help with sports.

I started lifting weights recently I was already quite strong in by bi’s but very weak in tri’s So i tried to life a light dungbell (only 4.5kg) behind like one of my friends taught me to do. After about….. 4-5 of them (kinda weird because of how light it is.) it really started to ache all down the back of my tri’s. I thought id ask you as you obviously know what your doing. Do you know any good work out for starting to get definition and to build muscle in your tri’s?

Is it still possible for me to get a 6 pack while trying to gain weight? I only weigh 135lbs so I’m scrawny. I’ve recently started working out a lot, taking whey protein, and eating MUCH more than I was before. 5 times a day. I drink lots of water, and drink lots of milk to help me gain weight.
I don’t want a fat stomach though. my Calorie intake is pretty large now, and I would like it to not turn into fat, but help my muscles grow.
