if i brisk walk in the morning and eat six small healthy meal a day can i lose weigth and become skinny or do i have to jog in the morning to lose weight hope not cuz i cant jog cuz i got joint problem what u suggest can i lose weight with brisk walking or is not enougth to lose weight cuz everytime i jog i get pain like in less than a week on my leg and cant work out for like months

Hi, these exercises will tone and firm your legs. If you also want to slim them down, you will need to do cardio exercise to burn excess fat. Things like running, cycling, aerobics classes, walking, etc. Your exercise program should consist of watching what you eat, cardio and toning.

i remember after watching your this exercise..when we were kids and was doing some devilment or not learned our school lesson,so our teacher given us punishment like this…
This punishment was very long for us some time 15 minutes and some times 20 min..i really feel pain whole day!!

Hi, this exercise will tone and build muscle in your legs and butt, but because it is aerobic and gets your heart pumping, it does burn calories and can help to slim you down as well. If you do not wish to lose any weight or inches just be sure not to cut your calories.

Easy exercises that I was doing on my own and didn’t even know that they were for leg and foot swelling. They do help.
