Yeah, so after watching this a few times, I actually took a look at the workout, and its excellent! Would be a great workout for men also who want to get stronger, but you’ll have to drop some weight, can’t be upright rowing your deadlift weight xP

the weight depends on goal…and since she is in demo mode…in addition her speed makes weight ideal…if she were explosively doing it for say sports or crossfit then maybe up weight..each sport has its requirements

If you can upright row that barbell, then the resistance is insufficient for a move like a sumo deadlift. Looks cool but too easy for legs/hips muscles.
