My Wushu Class used to do 30 before and after each class, but if you slacked around or weren’t working you hardest, you had to do 50 burpees. I remember one class, I did 160 burpess. Not fun

@140MissA A rep is “sets of” so yea do sets of 12-15, then switch to the other side and do another rep. So, if he said 3 reps then it would be 3 sets of 12-15 on each side. Hope that explained it!

i didnt think i so bad out of shape but i tried some of this excersize and my neck hurted,i did feel the burn but intead of feeling great it hurted…alot,my throat felt so dry i felt like i was gonna throw up..

This is more like a strength training exercise you only lose the ass and the boobs if you are doing alot of cardio aerobics. However keep eating good food stay away from dieting.
