November 14th, 2010 on 12:35 pm
Yes, it does.
November 14th, 2010 on 12:51 pm
Hey thanks…this is a really good workout.. i have a question, does this help you lose wight ?
November 14th, 2010 on 1:24 pm
Play soccer, as much as you want. See if you can get a Universal Strength Apparatus or similar device to do rows on it.
November 14th, 2010 on 1:47 pm
You can’t replace rows with push ups. Totally different muscle groups work.

Thanks for your comments.
This is part two, there is also part one.
November 14th, 2010 on 3:10 pm
Im going into the Army and this program is great. I workout everyday though, going to the gym 3-4 days a week and doing this workout at home whenever i do not get to the gym while doing some curling free weights with it. Great program!
November 14th, 2010 on 3:39 pm
Thank you for your comment.
November 14th, 2010 on 4:36 pm
Hey Celcius, nice stuff man. I have some observations for you regarding technique. Never straighten your knees, always keep them slightly bent, take it from an older athlete
.
keep it up dude.
November 14th, 2010 on 4:55 pm
Do it three times a week. Rest one day between the days that you workout.
November 14th, 2010 on 5:02 pm
is it workout for everyday or rest one day
November 14th, 2010 on 5:23 pm
Thanks! This is exactly what I needed – Just proves you don’t have to spend loads of money on the gym!

This is nice
November 14th, 2010 on 9:04 pm
See what you can find in Elasticsteel news letters. We are actually planning on something for flexibility.
November 14th, 2010 on 9:47 pm
Can you do a video on flexibility training? I find that I lack this and would be interested to see a specific routine.
November 14th, 2010 on 10:02 pm
hey, thanks for the possitive feed back. People do loose weight on calisthnic exercises. You go from one to another, so it’s strength and cardio together.
I personally know people who shaped up with something as simple as this.
November 14th, 2010 on 10:07 pm
hey thanks for making this video. i think it’s great for beginners.. how effective is working out in this way for weight loss? can you give examples from personal experience?
November 14th, 2010 on 10:54 pm

OMG i just added an inch on my biceps and i look like JON!! =))) That was hailarious! What if i wanna add 5 inches?
November 15th, 2010 on 1:13 am
Thanks bourkos! I enjoy the humor and straight-forward approach.
November 15th, 2010 on 1:27 am
Just want to say thanks for being so straight forward as I was the only woman weight training in a gym that other women considered not worth their while and were also afraid of bulking up. I’m not bulky and look a lot more (toned) than they do. Also important to know that women and men weight training is the same. Thanks again.
November 15th, 2010 on 2:11 am
YES! Marketing is eeeviiillll….
I joined my first gym after high school and back then the “women” workouts were JF style aerobics which i loathe to this day. I was the only woman (other than the owners wife) in this strictly weight training gym. It was very satisfying when a few years later the research came out regarding the benefits of resistance training for women.
Way to go Jon!
November 15th, 2010 on 2:15 am
Yeah, the roving trainer at my gym always gives the women little dinky barbie weights. When I want to go do some REAL weight lifting (which for me is 40K on the squat bar – nothing extraordinary) he always tries to stop me and take off the weight. The men? Oh, only the MEN can go for the big power weights. It’s so annoying.
I do want to gain some extra bulk on my butt, though. Can you do a video about that?
November 15th, 2010 on 3:10 am
I try to get my girlfriends to workout with me, they all say “i don’t want to get huge” and I keep explaining that they won’t. Even when I was powerlifting in my 20’s and able to curl 40#’s my biceps were only 12″ and my body looked “normal” (back when most people weren’t fat I mean).
I find it hilarious when women say they don’t want to get “big” when they are 50+lbs overweight…what do they think they are now, tiny and petite? Sheesh!
November 15th, 2010 on 3:32 am
Exactly! Great video Jon–hope your eye heals well (just watched the video in which a bug hit your eye) I love bikes as well–esp. Harley. Anyway, I’m a female and am pretty the only one in the free-weight area, but even half the men don’t know what they’re doing! Thanks so much for all your work!
November 15th, 2010 on 3:34 am
FINALLY! Someone said it!! OMG I am so tired of explaining this to women! However, since I am a big muscular guy myself, it is a tough sell, so I have to go through the same speech that you just gave. This one will be tough to reverse, but once I explain that is it tough to build muscle and it burns more fat than just doing cardio, they begin listening! LOL
Thank again Jon for the post I will share with other women!!
November 15th, 2010 on 3:41 am
Thanks Marylin! Yeah, I suppose I’m a bit schiz… ; )
November 15th, 2010 on 3:55 am
I loved the video! Very informative! Although it does make you look like you are a little borderline schizophrenic! HAHA! Just kidding. It really is a great video and I agree with you 100%. I’ve fallen for that women’s rap but I have also purchased other workouts. Like you said same thing just different words! I love your approach. Keep up the good work!
November 15th, 2010 on 4:36 am
This makes sense. It totally removes the apprehension when needing to exercise and developing definition in my body.
I was concerned about getting bulky. I like being a woman and being feminine.
Cool this really helps.
Thanks for the relief.
November 15th, 2010 on 4:55 am
OMG the glasses!
November 15th, 2010 on 5:37 am
Hi Jon,
I like it. Ever think about entering showbiz?
November 15th, 2010 on 5:59 am

November 15th, 2010 on 6:12 am

November 15th, 2010 on 6:47 am

November 15th, 2010 on 7:22 am
Yo dude! `great video, and so true… Great informations for people who really want to get in shape. Women or men, whatever. I’m still laughing when women tell me “i don’t want to have the same arms like you” well no problem, even if you would like, you CAN’T… LOL (F.)
November 15th, 2010 on 7:57 am
Wow – totally entertaining! Nice ; )
Thanks for the mention!
I get moms asking me all the time if their husbands can use Fit Yummy Mummy too!
Such a surprise when the guys cannot keep up with the gals!
November 15th, 2010 on 8:51 am
Thanks! Glad you guys are diggin’ the humor. ; )
November 15th, 2010 on 9:33 am
Jon, you crack me up man! If you ever get tired of the fitness industry you could have a successful career in comedy. Superb.
Keep ‘em coming.
November 15th, 2010 on 10:00 am
I still can’t get over all the women at my gym who grab 5 lb weights to do biceps curls and then come over and ask me how I got such definition in my arms & legs – simple get heavier weights – somehow they think that the rack withthe 15 lbs plus dumbells is reserved for guys or something – they hardly touch it – I use it almost exclusively (especially after completing your RFLB!) ps. much better lighting & color choice for your shirt
November 15th, 2010 on 10:55 am
What’s wrong with you Jon?!? You just make too much sense!!! You are not allowed to make anymore videos!!! I will run out of excuses soon if you keep this up!!! Grrr! ;p)
