Question by i♥music: how to lose 30 pounds (preferably be summer)?
so right now i’m 17 years old, 5′2” and 145 pounds. my doctor said that i’m overweight and at risk for some health problems, and that my ideal weight would be 115-125 pounds. i’d like to look good for summer, but 30 pounds by july might be a little unrealistic. anyways…

what is the best way to go about losing 30 pounds quickly and safely and keep it off? .

please don’t say “eat right and exercise” ’cause i know that. i want to know like what to eat or what diet to follow and what exercises to do? i want to tone up everything, but especially my butt/thighs/abs…what are some good exercises for these too?

Follow a healthy, balanced diet. I think you know what that means… just be sensible and dont overeat :P Jogging is a good exercise it tones all your muscles. Btw, you wont lose 30 lbs before summer ;3
