Question by i♥music: how to lose 30 pounds (preferably be summer)?
so right now i’m 17 years old, 5′2” and 145 pounds. my doctor said that i’m overweight and at risk for some health problems, and that my ideal weight would be 115-125 pounds. i’d like to look good for summer, but 30 pounds by july might be a little unrealistic. anyways…
what is the best way to go about losing 30 pounds quickly and safely and keep it off? .
please don’t say “eat right and exercise” ’cause i know that. i want to know like what to eat or what diet to follow and what exercises to do? i want to tone up everything, but especially my butt/thighs/abs…what are some good exercises for these too?

Follow a healthy, balanced diet. I think you know what that means… just be sensible and dont overeat
Jogging is a good exercise it tones all your muscles. Btw, you wont lose 30 lbs before summer ;3

It is possible to lose weight fast but you should be realistic and comprehend that if you lose weight quickly then you will inevitably put it all back on again just as quickly. I lost 10 pounds during the last couple of weeks when I had a wedding to go to, and I did it by following the guidance presented on the site in the box below.

Both these programs have comprehensive lists on diet, and very good exercises plans. The P90X would be nice if you want to build a bit of muscle while losing fat. ( I have seen people after they went through this! You will be a completely new person! ) Insanity is a very high paced intervel training workout regime, it has a dieting guide that tells you exactly how to make food! ( If you want to cut off fat as fast as possible. This is the choice! IT is recommended you are pretty fit before trying this one. I am currently going to start it myself for training. ) The P90X is 90 day body transformation, and Insanity is 60 day transformation. These are both really amazing programs. If you are willing to spend little money, and commit to them. You will probably be in the best shape of your life after you complete them!
