Question by Lizz..: I’m 5′3.5, 120 pounds (and 14 years old)..but 31% FAT. How do I lower this number?!….Major help pleaseee??:(?
It was measured by my health teacher. She has an expensive scale with a thing you hold onto and it sends waves through your legs and the slower it goes, the more fat you have. It said I was 31% fat (and 122 pounds, but I had eaten previously)
Besides “eating healthier and exercising”
what EXACTLY can I do?
How many calories.. what form of exercise? How long? etc?
Please help!
Thank youu.

a lot of supermodels go anorexic or bulemic this seems to work, but very bad idea, cut calories by about 500 calories a day, just by doing that you will lose 1 pounds a week, so in 4 months thats sixteen pounds, easy realistic goal
What do you think? Answer below!

Here are some tips that I know from my own experience:
1. Try doing some cardiovascular workouts such as walking, running, jumping rope, etc. These are best for burning calories and fat.
2. Keep track of your calorie intake. Set a goal for how many calories you take in each day. Remember to be realistic.
3. Try and limit your foods to those that are low in fat. Sometimes, it is unavoidable, but its most definitely possible.
Keep at it and you’ll eventually lose the unwanted fat. Good luck!

if you were given a fat reading after a meal and/or it was in the morning then they will always give a higher fat % – the best time to have it done is around 9pm when you have not eaten or had any water etc for a few hours…
