I have started doing your exercises from the past couple of weeks and have started noticing the difference. This Inner Thigh exercise is quite good, but it is hard on my knees. Do you have other exercises for inner thighs which are not so harsh on knees. If yes, can you please post them. Thanks a lot.

this works for me. i did it for less than a week and i can see results. the legs apart in the air one is the killer. the more i do the more i see results. great exercise.

Is this for toning or for shrinking inner thighs? That is my main issue right now and my out thighs are huge…..

I don’t eat that much anyway. My daily intake is probably about 1200 calories if not less. If I combined your cellulite video with this one would I see results in a week?

@KillTimePictures If you want to tighten thighs – this video works. But if you want to make thighs slimmer, than you need a diet too.

I did. I weigh about 180 and I’m pretty active (I’m very proportional too) but I really wanted to concentrate on my inner thighs since they’re the biggest part of my body. I tried this but I see no difference. I incorporated some cardio as well. What else can I do to see a difference while still incorporating this 8 minute workout 3 times a day?
