This video explains how to do 2 different versions of Stiff Leg Deadlifts. Rounded back, Bottom half version and the Flat back, Top half version. Yes, I am for real. As it says in the beginning of the video… if you have a weak or bad lower back they might not be good for you to do.
I posted the 2 techniques that I use and have used for 25 years. They are here for people to see how I do things and are here for anyone who chooses to try these techniques.
Look up Bob Peoples and see how he does deadlifts. He had the deadlift record for a very long time.
