@TurboSaMo Yes! I used Lose It! for some time… but now I’m using myfitnesspal (my name is juliefit if you’d like to friend me!) which also has an iPhone App and publishes to your Facebook profile as well! You can share the link directly to your diary which I think is also awesome!

@sokiness I am not on a specific diet. My goal is 40% protein, 40% carbs 20% (or less) fat. The more I can tip towards protein (for the muscle days especially) the better.. My goal is 1600 calories per day as long as I burn 600 calories via exercise. Today for instance is my rest day, so I’m staying under 1200.
