Leg Exercises In this vid i show several leg exercises that i use for size/hyperstrophy. First of all follow these parameters when training for size: # of exercises per body part: 2-4 # of sets per exercise: 3-5 # of reps per set: 6-12 Tempo of reps: 2-3 sec down, 1 sec pause at bottom, lift as fast as possible, 1 sec pause at top % of 1RM used on work sets: 70-85% Duration of each set: 40-70 seconds Duration between sets: 2-3 min Duration of workout: 1 hr.

@pirata13 I am 6′3″. I am doing a PL meet in August. My current PR’s for my lifts are 325 squat, 365 bench and 435 deadlift. Hoping to improve squat a bunch before the meet and the others a bit as well.

@Croes86 the protocols are slightly different for fatloss compared to size/strength gains. If you invest in a book called the German Body Comp Program by Charles Poliquin and request the services of a BioSignature practitioner in your area I’m sure youll be able to attain full ripped legs easily and quickly.

@mickieftw hmmmmm im not sure it that is a weight training issue but i would stretch and learn that SPECIFIC skill and a Active Release Techniques Practitioner may help you.

@griffinman13 to work the VMO more and develop the upper leg more balanced in size and strength. but its best to do it if you can deep squat. im not that flexible but a deep squat is when ur hamstrings are flush against ur calves. and the 1/4 is just the bottom Range of Motion(ROM)

i dont work my legs at all (mainly because i ride my bike everywhere and dont want my legs exhausted so i can get around) but i need to start workin em to add testosterone to the body for my upper body… thanks for the vid
