Question by Wants2Fly85: How can I get rid of my “man boobs” using the quickest and/or most effective, non-surgical means possible?
I’m a 25 year old male and I’m not “huge,” although I am technically obese by the definition of the word. That being said, I’m fairly content with my size, with the exception of my “man boobs.” I was wondering if anyone out there (especially any fitness trainers) knew of a good and sure-fire way to get rid of those fuckers. I’m looking for more of an answer than just “exercise.” Please help!

i say you apply them..
take pics of them cupped and sell them as some hot chicks boobs…
if you really want to get them out…just … EXERCISE!!!

Usually exercises will help, but since you are not so interested in exerecising.
One of the best ways is to go gym and do bench presses & chest presses.
Usually body builders purposely get fat to get man boobs and then they train them. The “man boobs” will then become beautiful chests. It works.

Well I KNOW you dont want to hear this…but, exercise is the only way to get those babies in shape, it doesnt have to be difficult just a few yoga pushups a day would help, also you could watch what you eat but theres no guarantee that the fat will come off the area you want it in..truly the only thing that will get rid of it is adding some muscle to the pectorals, just do a google search for pectoral exercise, it really wont take long, and it will be a quick transformation if you do it for at least a month!-because if you just cut your food intake, you will lose weight..but those man boobs will turn into saggy grandma boobs! besides exercise is good for you, learn to like it lol.

Hi, obviously exercise is an answer if you want to get rid of man boobs, but most people will tell you that you need to target chest exercises. While this is true, you have to keep in mind that the man boobs that you have are not muscle, they are made up of fat.
Chest exercises will target the muscle, but they will not really help to get rid of the fat. In order to get rid of the fat, you will need to lose calories. This means doing cardio, as it can burn a lot of calories.
The other thing is your diet. You need to cut out all the rubbish in your diet, and this includes alcohol, which is one of the worst culprits for developing man boobs. My husband works in a gym and he is always telling me about guys that come into the gym wanting to tone up or beef up, and they spend time talking about what a good time they have when they go drinking. If you do drink then do it moderately.
Do not starve yourself, if you do this all what will happen is that your body will take calories from your muscles to keep going, and hang onto to the fat. You will look thinner but your man boobs will look even bigger. Eat more healthy food, and cut our sugars and unhealthy fats.
