Question by Panic Procul Pervideo: I have big thighs???
I have a pretty normal sized waist for my size. But, sometimes I’m seriously considering sarving myself because of my tighs and butt. (not really, I now that’s not healthy). What’s the best way to lose weight to get smaller butt and tighs??? I REALLY hate my legs and butt. PLEASE HELP! And, please don’t tell my to “eat healthy and exercise…” I already know that. But what ELSE can I do???
I’m also trying to lose weight. What can I do?

Try liposuction. Consult a very good doctor on how to do this.

u should start walking on an incline….. if u walk on an incline the impact is only on ur thighs and butt and u loose fat on these areas pretty fast…. if u do not have a treadmill … walk uphill…..
i personally lost a lot of fat on thighs and butt by walking on an incline
in addition do strenght training exrcises which is very imp as well.. u loose double the cal wen u start building muscle by doing strength training exercises…. they tone up these areas pretty fast too….. go to sparkpeople . com and look at the exercise section they have exercises for all problem areas… which r pretty easy but at the same time very effective…..
i lost 2 pant sizes in a month by walking on and incline and doing some strength training exercises….

There is a very good excersise for legs I used and now I love my legs. 1. step in to a lunge 2. if your left leg is in the front then pull your right leg up to your chest 3. while doing step 2 pull up your arms too.
if you do these for 5min a day your legs will look hott by thre end of the week!!! and this even helps your arms!!!
