Question by life’s a beach: I need help losing weight & toning up for summer, can you help?
like can anyone make me a schedule? if not thats fine just give me some ideas not just “diet & exercise” I know that already!
my main concerns are my legs, arms, and stomach – I think thats pretty much everything lol. I want to lose 5 pounds in the process too! im 14, 5′3″ and weigh 115lbs.

How does an 8 week plan sound to you?

Register and go from there.
The workout is HIGHLY effective if you stick with it. However, make sure you do the High Intensity Interval Training that it talks about on the site.
My wife has been doing this for a week and has already lost several pounds and is beginning to tone up.
I have been doing the men’s version for five weeks and I’ve lost 14 lbs and have gained a lot of muscle. Frankly, as long as you give the workout your best, then you should do wonderfully. The workout works well because it uses a principle called muscle confusion.
Give it a look. If you don’t want to register, just look up the website in yahoo and the second link should take you right to the workout pages.
For the program you will need a stability ball, a set of resistance bands, and possibly some light weights. The guy doing the workout uses 15-30lb weights, my wife uses 3lb. You should use what you’re comfortable with. And yes, this workout will cover the whole body.

Slimfast 2wice a day. It leaves you hungry, but…whatever. Go for runs after dinner! If you can spend a lot of mony on it then get the Leg Magic. Google it. 5 pounds should be a breeze. Good Luck!

well you can play sports, run around your neighborhood, or go to the gym to build tone.
some delicious low cal breakfasts are; toast w/ one fried egg
-1 cup of your favorite cereal
-1 medum sized whole wheat muffin
-english muffin
-flavored oatmeal
Some good lunch ideas are; a single 8 oz. yogurt
-a turkey wrap( no mayo, but mustard is good)
-ramen soup
Dinner could be; a burger made with 98% lean meat
-A salad with dressing and vegtables
-A single lean cuisine pizza
Snacks : 100 cal paks from nabisco
- 1 large carrot w/ 1 tablespoon of peanut butter(to get rid of belly fat, but if any more than 1 tab it will contribute to belly fat)
-1 pice of toast with thinly spread cream cheese and cinnamon-sugar sprinkled on top
