Hey, I’m 14 too. If your school offers any spring sports, try out for them. I do track after school, so I’m pretty solid. It’ll take some time to lose the weight though, so be patient. If you do a sport, like spring track, you can go for jogs on the weekend with a family member or friend. But you can also hit the gym and you can run on the treadmill and use the elliptical (work muscles in your legs) and you can also cross-train by swimming in an indoor pool. For your stomach, start out doing ten crunches/sit-ups a day, and every week, increase that number by one. For girls, there will still have to be a little fat right under the belly button to make it easier during a pregnancy.
Hope this helps! <3

If it’s possible, get a personal trainer at a gym and go with a friend, sibling, or parent. Personal trainers are really helpful because they know how to make you achieve your goals. Bringing someone with you to the trainer makes it less awkward and motivates you to go so you aren’t letting the other person down. If you want to lose weight, focus on cardio exercises like fast biking, jogging, running, punching bag, jumping jacks etc. Toning is more for after you have lost weight, because if you tone an area you won’t be able to see it if there is fat over it. As for diet, only drink milk or water. Sugary drinks add calories without filling you up and dairy has been proven to help with weight loss. Limit snacking to small snacks only once or twice a day. Eat more protein and fiber because they keep you full longer. Find something to do when you have free time so you don’t end up eating out of boredom. Personally, I go to a trainer twice a week with my mom, I eat a small breakfast and lunch and my mom cooks healthy dinners. Exercising every day for 30mins or an hour is really helpful. It’s easy once it starts becoming routine. Just go for a short walk or run up and down your stairs, anything helps. Good luck!

Detoxing would be a great way to kick your wieght loss into gear, Cleaning your body from all the bad stuff will give you more energy to start and complete you workouts they way you should. Look at it as an oil change for a car, runs better with clean oil. Adios
