Not usually if you don’t have asthma. if you are having breathing problems during and after exercise then go see a Dr. there is a thing called sports induced Asthma an only seems to happen during physical activity

I have asthma and I work out 2-3 times each week. I have had very few attacks after/during my work outs, but now enough to make me stop. I do a low impact yoga ball work out which really is hard on my abs but easy on my asthma.
